“American Dreamer” - Kyd The Band

From Northern California comes the duo of brothers, Kyd the Band. The Alternative, Pop blend “American Dreamer” is the group’s first official release. Their nostalgic yet innovative 90’s inspired sound reminds us of The Killers or CAKE. Known for their collaboration, Kyd the Band is currently working on Bone Thugs N’ Harmony’s comeback album.

“Overboard” - Lo Tom

What do you get when you put TW Walsh and David Bazan of Pedro the Lion with Trey Many and Jason Martin of Starflyer 59? A new band, Lo Tom! The group announced their self-titled album and will be released on July 14th. Lo Tom’s lead single “Overboard” features a poppy combination of early 2000’s emo and 90’s grunge-- making this song a summer playlist must!

“Fool” - Fitz and The Tantrums

“My mama always said wear fresh underwear for the summer. Here’s our fresh summer jam just for you!” remarked lead singer, Michael “Fitz” Fitzpatrick. “Fool” is a new single off of the band’s soon to be released Deluxe Edition of last year’s self titled album. The high energy, super fun song was released along with an equally goofy music video. This track is sure to put you in a great mood!

“SGL” - Now, Now

The Minneapolis based band Now, Now is back in time for summer with their new single “SGL”. Jess Abbot, lead singer of Tancred, left Now, Now forcing KC Dalager and Bradley Hale to carry on as a duo. This doesn’t change the nature of Now, Now though. They’re just as magical as ever! “SGL” is a dreamy, romantic tune that will have you swooning as soon as you hear it

“High” - Sir Sly

Sir Sly’s soon to be hit, “High” grabs you with the first beat and doesn’t let go. Off their sophomore album, Don’t You Worry, Honey, comes a single that is effortlessly catchy with tones of Electro and Indie Pop. What sets “High” apart from other Indie Pop songs are the lyrics. “Wondering what peace would be like…” The song addresses global turmoil, making this a social statement that you can dance to

“Bad Advice” - Otherkin

We don’t always make the best decisions late at night. Our exhausted minds give us thoughts that seem like bright ideas but turn out to be poor choices in the light of day. Though there are times when hashing things out with the right person at the right moment can push you in the right direction. This is the story behind Irish garage punks Otherkin’s new single “Bad Advice”. You’ll be easily hooked on this thrasher with it’s speeding guitars and the sincere screech of the vocals.
